Today the children learned the story of Jonah and understood a valuable lesson: even though sometimes we want to distance ourselves or escape from God's presence and purpose, He always seeks us out with love.
Through this story, they understood that God has a plan for everyone and that, in the end, the best thing is to trust in Him and obey Him. It was a moment of reflection where the children recognized the importance of listening to God and following His path with a willing heart.
God's workings can be intense and, at times, difficult to understand, but each one has a special purpose in our lives. Through trials and challenging times, we learn to become stronger, to trust Him more, and to grow in character.
Although the path is not always easy, each process shapes us, teaches us, and brings us closer to the purpose God has for us.
