This month, the children discovered a great biblical lesson through a very special symbol: a beautiful flower. Just as plants need water to grow, our hearts need gratitude to bloom. While studying the story of the ten lepers healed by Jesus, we learned that true beauty springs from a grateful heart.
What’s more, our children became actors for a day! To learn about the story of Lazarus, they put on a beautiful dramatization recreating Jesus' great miracle.
- With bandages, laughter, and great excitement, they acted out the moment Jesus said, "Lazarus, come out!"
- We learned that Jesus' power is so great that He can give us new life and hope, and transform any sad situation into a wonderful celebration of joy.
